Community Herald: A lifeline for greyhounds

From North American greyhounds to galgos to podencos, Greyhound Pets of Atlantic Canada (GPAC) loves them all and knows you will too.  But for Spanish greyhounds, otherwise known as galgos, GPAC is giving them so much more: a lifeline to escape the torture and untimely death many of them experience at the end of the hunting season.

Meet Terrance, a new galgo, brought over from Spain along with a few other happy poochies who have found their forever-home.

GPAC will have two dogs at Saltscapes Expo the weekend of April 25, where GPAC meet-and-greets have grown a loyal following.
